The collected data from each individual developer that is using our program, will be confidential until or unless the developer may decide to ignore good conduct, code of morals and responsibility that comes with every token project required of every developer.
In that case, all Developers that signed the agreement and is actively using Verified DEV badge on their site while committing fraud against users and owners of their token will no longer benefit from confidentiality afforded by us and our team will no longer be bound to conceal their identity, thus, we will reveal their true identity publicly and/or share it with the legal law enforcement and/or legal teams hired to investigate the scam perpetrated by the rogue Developer and will cooperate fully to help with retrieving stolen funds.
